Antique Burmese Bronze Shan Buddha dating from the late 18thC, Seated on a high Waisted Lotus Altar. He has such a peaceful poise. Originally cast with some faults to the lower altar these have been conserved as in the pictures also there is a crack along the shoulder. Such a nice honest sculpture, brought back during WW11.
