Antique Dhokra Bronze Elephant Oil Lamp. Panchdipa, [Lakshmi] the Goddess of Light who is depicted riding an elephant and bearing a kalasha, or pitcher for oil, on her head. A stunning well used antique from the mid 19thC. This is as found condition and totally uncleaned so you can decide if you wish to lightly clean and wax, or totally polish. We have a number of these all different and can trade the lot as a deal. This is from a brilliant large hoard/collection i have purchased, all are as found in a dirty shed.
