Very Interesting, Aluminium Mongolian 20thC Buddha Sculpture. As Bronze is a valuable metal the Mongolian casting workshop foundry’s took to using Aluminium. This metal is easy to obtain from modern scrap household items. I have heard story’s of them using the metal from crashed Russian Mig Fighters, How true i do not know. So not valuable but culturally very interesting. Used on household shrines, this example has seen use.
