A Burmese lacquered wooden rectangular scroll box and cover, late 19th/early 20th century, the panelled sides decorated with gilt deities amidst flames, on a stepped base. Contained within are Three manuscript’s, one is a Kammavaca Gold leaf type of two decorated covers and eight leaves, a stunning document. The remaining two are the Palm leaf type, all three are bound with an old hand woven decorated Sazigyo. This group are a great addition to a good collection.
