Old Nepalese Mani Incense Holder with nice patination. Inscribed with the prayer [Om Mani Padme Hum] and the All-Seeing Eyes of Buddha or Wisdom Eyes, Half-closed eyes depict a state of inner meditation and outer compassion, often termed the Adamantine View. One of a small group i have acquired from a collector. This type would be placed on a shrine with an incense stick placed in the top for worship.
